You won’t be surprised to find plenty of water-based activities as we are situated on the longest river in Ireland and surrounded by beautiful lakes, there are 40 in total to enjoy.

If you want to enjoy an activity that has a little competitive edge then we have some great options for you to try. How about buggy racing, paintballing or indoor karting?

Alternatively, take a look at some of our more relaxing experiences. You could take to the water with our kayaking and stand up paddle boarding packages or take it easy on the electric bike trail.

All of our activities can be combined with a stay in our self-catering accommodation. Our waterfront self-catering houses and apartments are right in the middle of Carrick on Shannon. Take time out to relax after a busy day of activities, we have plenty of space inside and out with beautiful views of the harbour and the river Shannon. 

We have lots of additional space in case you want to bring sporting equipment or extra baggage.
